What does it cost?

All members of Kingston Royals have to be members of Teddington Watersports Centre at a cost of £195 per year.  This entitles you to the use of the facilities at the Club.  The dragon boat section then has a charge of £52 per year for the use of our dragon boats and coaching. Before you become a member trial training sessions are charged at £6 per session however; once you join training sessions are free.

You will need to join the British Dragon Boat Association  which costs £35 per year.  You will also need to buy a team top (around £25) for racing and a buoyancy aid (around £35) for training in winter.  Paddles can be provided but most members opt to buy their own paddles which cost around £70 for a wooden or around £120 for a carbon fibre paddle.
